A focus on jumps and landings in class today.
Keep practicing your landing positions and jumping backwards 👍
This week only - due to the hub having a meeting scheduled on Thursday -
There is a slight change to the older class time.
Youngers is still 3.30-4.30
But olders will overlap and be 4-5PM

Gymnastics classes start back on the 15th of January.

Pay as you go classes.
Class conditions will be sent out via email.
The younger session class - children should be confident to be on own in the class.
Children aren’t able to exit the class unless to go to the toilet (supervised with a coach)
This is for safety reasons for other children in the class and to cut down on interruptions to teaching.

We need volunteers - Training provided.
The hub runs on volunteers - we couldn’t provide half of what we deliver without them.
We have several volunteering opportunities-

- P1-3 youth groups
- P4-7 youth groups
- Go wild sessions
- Grub at the hub - Fridays
- cleaning in the hub
- pick up / driver for donations
- Gymnastics coaching
Training & support can be provided -
