🚨FIRST CLIENT TESTOMONIAL🚨

Naomi was training with me for 12 weeks with a goal to gain a total of 5 Kilos and an overall strength increase.This was Naomi's first experience with exercising in a Gym and has struggled to gain weight and strength through her current nutritional habits.

Working with Naomi through the 12 weeks we first built upon building the foundations for exercise and then later working more specifically on gaining strength.

Through a setback due to illness we had our challenges throughout the program but made great results in the end.

Naomi reached her goal of gaining 5 Kilos and made a substantial gain in strength for each one of her exercises throughout the program. Along with the achievement of her goals Naomi found a new confidence towards exercising and is now continuing her fitness journey.

I am very happy to announce that after three years of working towards my HND in Health, Fitness and Exercise. I am now taking on clients for 1 - 1 online coaching. I have been waiting to take clients on for a while now and I am very excited to be helping some individuals with either continuing or starting their fitness journeys.

I will be helping you along the way to reach any fitness/health goals that are set with full support and motivation throughout the coaching. I like to see other people succeed and coaching individuals to improving upon all things fitness/ health.

Over the past three years I have been studying Health, Fitness and Exercise to become a Personal Trainer. I Have learned a lot about various aspects of fitness and exercise and had the opportunity to apply these skills with mock clients. I have a great passion for helping others achieve personal goals which can range from gaining strength and muscle mass, to simply improving fitness and wellbeing.

I began training two and a half years ago as I didn't feel comfortable in the way I looked and hated being skinny. I decided to start the gym and improve my nutrition, as I had also began studying to become a personal trainer.
Improving my own physique helped build a lot of confidence and being in the gym helped improve my mental well-being. I incorporate fitness in my day to day life and I am currently working towards improving my nutrition through a cleaner diet.

As your online coach I will tailor everything to fit your needs and give you what is necessary for reaching your goals. If you show effort and commitment towards your goals, I will give you equal dedication and support.
