Within our Monthly Subscription, you will receive 2 themed training sessions each week, designed to run alongside our Goalkeeping Methodology.

These sessions are structured to be completed with limited equipment making them accessible for goalkeepers training at club level or independently while still delivering high-quality.

Each week focuses on building strong foundations across all key areas of goalkeeping, including:

-Distribution

-Shot Stopping

-Positioning & Handling

-Plyometrics & Conditioning

Every session includes:

-Video demonstrations of each drill in practice

-Clear written descriptions explaining how to perform each exercise

-Supporting images to give a clear visual reference

This ensures that every goalkeeper has a complete understanding of each drill before stepping onto the pitch.

Whether you are just starting out as a beginner or already playing at a competitive level, these sessions are designed to support your development, cover all essential goalkeeping components, and help ensure you are fully prepared when it comes to game day.

Help Evelina Get Back on the Pitch

​Today, our hearts are heavy at Falkirk Foundation U16s. We received the devastating news that our teammate, Evelina, is facing nearly two years away from the game she loves.
​Due to a serious ACL injury and the reality of current waiting lists, she’s looking at 6–9 months just to get surgery, followed by another 9 months of grueling rehab. For a talented young player at 15, two years is an eternity to be sidelined.

​We aren’t just a team; we’re a family. We are starting this GoFundMe to get Evelina private treatment and fast-track her recovery. No child should have to lose two years of their childhood and their passion to a waiting list.
