This is a friendly, welcoming class for all ages and abilities, with gentle movements at your own pace. 🌿

A change to one of our yoga sessions in Orkney next week………the Tuesday session will now be in the afternoon 2pm-5pm(as is the Sunday session) .
The rest of the week will still be 10.15am -1.15pm
