🏉 MATCH REPORT - Whitecraigs vs Falkirk

On Sunday we played our very first preseason game of the year, and it was brilliant to finally get back out on the pitch and put some of what we’ve been working on in training into practice.

We were dominant in possession and played some really free-flowing rugby, resulting in some brilliant tries. Our defence was solid throughout, while our set piece was a real highlight. Whitecraigs only managed to break through once after a good few phases to score their try.

A great first run out to shake off the cobwebs, loosen the legs and get back into game mode! 💪

A special shoutout to our two debutants, Kelly-Marie Longmuir and Zoe Williams, who both got stuck straight in. Zoe had an incredible first outing for Falkirk, picking up Coaches’ Player, Opposition Player and Back of the Match, while also scoring an impressive 5 tries! 🔥

Forward of the Match went to Abbie Ledwidge, on her solid return to Falkirk after some time away. Hard runs, strong defence and a brilliant try finished off with a beautiful dive! 👏

A huge thank you to Whitecraigs for hosting us, we thoroughly enjoyed the day!

Preseason Friendly 🏉

Our first preseason friendly of the year is here! After a few months of well-deserved rest, we’re looking forward to getting back on the pitch and back into rugby. 💪

This Sunday we take on Whitecraigs. Having never played them before, we have no idea what to expect, but we’re all looking forward to getting back out there, getting some game time and having a bit of fun!
