Another good week on the mats . Well done to Emma for winning the first trophy of the year for the best performed pattern of January . We also had a visitor tonight, thanks to Ian Almond for coming along to train tonight.

Central Kempo ju-jitsu held the Shin Ga Do national grading today in Maddiston Community Centre .
It was an excellent day for all of central's members, everyone passed.
A special mention for James Moonie as he was promoted to 6th Dan.
Good effort tonight from everyone.
2 classes to go until the grading.
Great class tonight,well done everyone .
There are only 6,yes six classes until the grading!! Keep the training up.
