All our memberships include free training programmes and instruction. With over 35 years experience Ship Shape first opened it's doors in January 1987.

We are Falkirk's longest established health club and pride ourselves in our commitment to our members. Back then it was called Omega Sportplex which was a family run business incorporated both the health club and Kobe Osaka Karate Club.
