Well folks the time has finally come - tonight sees the last game for Falkirk 2009 Blues - with a heavy heart myself and Graeme Goldie have decided that after 8 / 9 years we won't be continuing next year into Under 18s and the boys are now all looking into the next step of their football journey

What started out (and as was promised 😂) a couple of hours a week helping out turned into 9 years of blood, sweat and tears and feeling every emotion possible but I wouldn't have changed it for the world

It's going to be emotional standing on the side lines for the last time but its well overdue 😊

To all the players and parents that I've had the pleasure of being a small part of your life over the years I just want to thank you for the support you've given myself and Goldie and I hope we had some sort of small positive influence in the wonderful adults I'm sure that the boys and girls will become

Win, lose or draw tonight it makes no odds we're just going out to enjoy ourselves one last time

Ps - to all the parents old and new, if you have any pictures of the kids wearing the navy blue I'd greatly appreciate if you could flood the page with them, it'll be amazing to look back on

Our 2009 Blues are on the hunt for additional players as we look ahead to the new season in the CLYFA B League.

Both Training nights are at the Falkirk Stadium & Matches will be on either a Friday evening or Saturday morning.

Looking for players with playing experience at High Intermediate Level.

The 2024/25 season has came to and end for our 2009 Blues.

However - we are looking ahead to Pre-Season & welcoming new additions to the squad.

The 2009 Blues will be playing Under 17's Football come August in the CSFA Development League.

Our Coaches Graeme & Nikki have been great servants to our 2009 Blues & would welcome any new additions at Intermediate/Advanced level to get in touch & be apart of a competitive squad.

Hello to all the boys, parents and coaches are participating in the 15 mile Edinburgh kilt walk on Sunday the 17th of September to raise funds for the equipment,kit and future events to help the boys develop further.
