FitSteps is a fun dance fitness class based on all the Ballroom and Latin dances seen on Strictly. As a trained Ballroom and Latin dancer, this is my passion. X x

My classes are suitable for all adult ages and fitness ability, no experience needed. Mondays 10.00 - 11.00am

Hi, my name is Linda and I have been teaching FitSteps classes across Exeter and surrounding areas since 2013. FitSteps is the fabulous dance fitness class created by 'Strictly' stars Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe and Mark Foster, champion swimmer. If you want to get fit, love to dance and feel like you are on 'Strictly', then FitSteps is for you. Suitable for all adult ages and all fitness ability. As a trained Ballroom and Latin dancer, this is my passion in life and it is a joy to bring this style of dancing in a fitness class to others. No experience needed, you just follow me, lose yourself in the music and smile!

FitSteppers, you have been FABULOUS this week. You always are, but I have 'upped' the playlist a little to kickstart our Autumn and I wasn't sure if I had slightly overdone it!!!😍 However, your smiles, laughter and comments after have told me you are loving it. So, thank you for always trusting me and embracing whatever I throw at you! What do you think of our new Flamenco?!!!💃😂
Next week, I hope to pop in an extra Bossa Nova - you know the steps, so nice and easy.
☕️Monday morning 10am Broadclyst 14 September - coffee morning in aid of Hospiscare follows class. 🍰
💃Spaces on all classes next week, including Monday morning Broadclyst, as quite a lot of people on their hols.

Hello FitSteppers!🥰
We are back to classes this Monday 7 September.💃
Brand new Flamenco dance and new Jive (just a very short one!), amongst lots of favourites - something for everyone to get us dancing in September.
So, whether you have danced right through the Summer with me, or returning after a break, or brand new to my classes, I promise a fun class packed with dances and music you will love.

We are now on a one-week break, just so I can take a quick breath!

You have all been fabulous dancing with me through this very hot Summer, thank you so much for your support. Despite the heat, I have absolutely loved it and we have had so much fun. X

A big thank you to the mini FitSteppers who have joined us during their Summer holidays. You have all been delightful and watching you dance alongside your grandparent / parent has been beautiful. Now you see what they get up to when you are at school!😀

To my Broadclyst FitSteppers - first of all, you were all fabulous this morning in class.
On leaving the hall, I could smell smoke and mentioned it to a passer by. Now see notifications of a very large field fire near Broadclyst with ten engines attending.

Another huge THANK YOU for joining me this week. I can't believe the 'exceptionally sparkling and dripping with Swarovski crystals 😅' classes we are having this Summer! Your support is amazing at keeping dancing with me. I missed my Wednesday evening Broadclyst group this week, but hope you all had some great Eclipse experiences at home.
I think we have a cooler week forecast for next week - phew!🥰
We still have two more weeks of dancing before just a one week end of Summer break.

Wow, Wow, Wow some fun classes this week! I wasn't ready with our new Salsa until the middle of this week, so Monday and Tuesday next week you have a treat coming!!!

💃Classes continuing through the Summer to Bank Holiday Weekend, when we have a one week break. So please try to prioritise your favourite hour in the week and keep dancing with me.
