Training is now underway, even on a SATURDAY 😳

Plenty of steps and leg workouts today, not going to lie my legs are in bits 🤣 Completely worth it though, especially when the donations come in 💵 Every penny counts and will go towards vital equipment that will save someone’s life ♥️

Maybe … have one less beer/wine this evening and chuck a fiver in the pot it will go a long way 👀

A fantastic session today, everyone did absolutely amazing considering the heat ☀️

Plenty of water breaks, suncream and chilling in the shade today, among some awesome goals, tackles and crosses. A great way to end another busy week 💪

It’s time to say farewell to my current year 6s who will soon be flying the nest to start a new adventure at secondary school, I have been coaching these fantastic boys and girls for sometime now and have loved every second of it, thank you team and good luck moving forwards, you know where I am 🫶

So as many of you are aware 2023 had its ups and downs, unfortunately I suffered a double heart attack not long after my little one was born, without the support of my wife, doctors & nurses I wouldn’t be here today 😥

So, next Easter I have decided to dust off the hiking boots once again and get back to Scotland, where I will be taking on 5 of Scotland’s tallest peaks in 5 days accompanied by my brother and best pal Nigel Davies 👀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Nige has had his own health concerns regarding weight and is super determined to get on top and accomplish this challenge together 💪

The charity we have chosen to sponsor is The British Heart Foundation ❤️ Every penny donated will go towards new equipment and machinery that will save another persons life 👏

Please have a read, share and donate if possible, we are hoping to smash our target of £1000 💪
