Two year old GFS Luminita (GFS Illuminati x Quirifino Z)
This is a beautiful natured filly with the most sensible brain and one of the most genuine attitude. Her sir has just started a very promising competitive career in Dubai and her dam who jumped internationally as a six year old at 1.20 is by Quirifino Z, a 1.60 show jumper by Quidam de Revel.
This lovely young horse is ideally bred and has the attributes to show jump, event or equally perform with great aplomb between the white boards.
She could be the ultimate all rounder with an exciting future and with a temperament that will make her a pleasure to produce whether you are an amateur or professional.
Currently standing at 16.1hh, I would foresee her reaching a minimum of 16.3hh , she is vice free and a delight to handle in any and all situations.

A snapshot of a day in the life of a GFS foal! In during the day in this heat and to avoid the horrific flies and so that the mares get correct nutrition as the grass starts to shrivel up and die. then, they are escorted out by their hound friends for a typically crazy playtime in the cool of the evening! They are all growing so well and turning into lovely characters, but if they only learned to lie in the shade as the thermometer rises instead of grilling themselves in the middle of the paddock, they would save us a lot of work!

We are about to close the books for GFS Fire and Ice. If anybody wishes to breed a foal from this super boy, now is your last chance!
Anybody who has a Nomination Form and who has not paid a deposit, your last chance to secure a breeding for your mare will be this Sunday 05/07/26. After this date we will not be taking any further bookings although he will be standing here for the rest of the season for those already booked in.

Ice is our beautiful stallion and the sire of the majority of the GFS foals. He now has offspring on every continent and they are all adored for their sensational temperaments and exceptional versatility and suitability for any rider due to their gentle natures and incredible trainability under saddle.
Ice stands at 16.3hh, he is Graded with the AES and is a consistent producer of the type of offspring that most of us dream of.
He is a double dilute, perlino leopard spot and is guaranteed to produce palomino, buckskin or the glorious smoky black, there is a 50% chance of his foals having a spotted coat pattern and a high percentage of his foals inherit his iridescent sheen too!
Ice is available with us for the next few months and any NFFR terms will be honoured in the terms of his sales contract

Here she is, our final GFS foal at ten days old.
This very tall, leggy and incredibly beautiful golden buckskin filly will be the last foal available, foaled down with us as we have now officially ceased all breeding.
We have named her GFS Deja Vu as she is just the spitting image of her full brothers and sisters sired by GFS Fire and Ice and out of the magnificent, but now retired Deihaiwejo (Al Pacino W x Andiamo)
She has the same fantastic temperament, wonderfully whimsical colouring with her pale eyes and lightly spotted hindquarters and natural air of elegance. She will be tall, utterly and show stoppingly stunning to look at and a dream under saddle if she is like her full brothers and sisters.

I think it is time for a little update of this striking and utterly sensational filly foal at a month old. To say that I am completely smitten is an understatement!
I could spend hours watching this zippy little acrobat, she is so light of foot and expressive from her mesmerizing cerulean eyes to her dancing feet. I have named her GFS Pirouetta, we have previously had a GFS Pirouette but the name fits and so I tweaked it! Her dam is GFS Arabesque and so it was fitting, although I was also very drawn to the name GFS Firefly (another repeat!) as she is by GFS Fire and Ice and also has the most incredible fiery colouration. She also demonstrates the most extraordinary speed and once those little ears flatten and those tiny hooves start flashing across the ground, she can barely be seen for the dust she leaves in her wake!
We have obvious;y bred a large number of double dilutes over the many years that we have been breeding, but never before have we had one of such an exquisitely peachy shade.
I am really quite fascinated by her, she is unusual, enigmatic and amuses herself for hours racing shadows and leaping imaginary obstacles. My next mission is to capture her wonderfully flamboyant 'mad' half hours where she literally runs rings around everyone with squeals of wild abandonment, crazy airs above the ground and that pretty little tail waving like a flag with the excitement...

This is two year old GFS Olympia (Ahorn x Ultimo/Wellington)
Her dam is a retired Grade A show jumper whose winnings of £22K were earned competing internationally at 1.40 where her wins were consistent. She was sired by Ultimo (Phin Phin/Burggraaf) and out of a Wellington - Nimmerdor dam. This is a sire who remains high on the index despite not having sired large numbers before being sold to China. He had great success at 1.45 and 1.50 in Austria.
His sire Phin Phin, son of Olympian Chin Chin was a GP stallion with numerous international wins at both 1.50 and 1.60.
Her dam Dolanda is by Wellington; his dam Patty is by the famed thoroughbred Lucky Boy who competed up to Z level in dressage as well as having national success jumping at 1.30.
Ahorn (Nimmerdor x Ladykiller) obviousy needs no introduction with neither his performance record or that of his offspring leaving little doubt as to his supreme quality and talent.
This immensely athletic and powerful two year old filly moves with purpose, style and tremendously impressive locomotion in all gaits.
This young horse demonstrates a calm, focused and highly trainable attitude. Her manners are exceptional and her temperament is second to none. She has been professionally handled from day one and is a delight in all ways to have on the yard.
She is vice free, clean limbed, strong, well grown and open to any vetting.
We would like to see this incredible young horse go to a home where she will be given every opportunity to attain the success in competition that her raw talent and excellent pedigree suggests.

*Sold to a top eventing home*
I just wanted to share an update of this magnificent two year old, whom I am sure you will agree is looking fantastic.
GFS Conchaccorado is by Conthalou and out of our spectacular Nikarado (Diarado x Corland/Caratino Glory) He has fulfilled all expectations and renewed our belief that his dam, who foaled a simply magnificent Balloutaire c**t this year (Sold) and who is in foal to the same for 2027 is going to be an absolute standout broodmare. She is sadly for sale due to our retirement.
This gorgeous gelding has the most exceptional temperament, incredible movement and the agility of a cat. He is a lovely calm, sensible youngster to deal with and his impeccable manners. We are very excited to watch his trajectory as he matures and will doubtless prove to have a potential future at the top of sport.

What a scorching hot week! Our guys have all been in during the day with regular hose downs, watered down barn floors and fans! They have all been lined up at the gates waiting to come in at the crack of dawn! It is only GFS Fire and Ice as well as myself who are total sun worshippers and who have been reveling in the glorious weather.
I have managed to get some photos of our heavenly new foal by Ice and out of Inca taken early in the morning. This gorgeous shimmering golden girl with a smattering of silvery spots on her rump, is all legs! She is still figuring out where to put them and doing a fairly good impression of a spider at the moment, but my goodness this is one beautiful foal. The words friendly and happy sum this little lady up, she is the sweetest and gentlest girl; we are all smitten!
