It’s race day, Tuesday 15th September, doors open from £6.30pm
Ludlow School is the venue. All welcome including spectators. Come along and join us.

And just like that the first week indoors is over.

But what a great evening’s racing we had.
Good flowing track on a freshly varnished floor, making it quite grippy. Good turnout, and awesome to see a new racer with us .A few new cars racing tonight as well. With the new ftx b4X being a sub £200 roller which finished third in the A final being incredible value for money and an absolutely unbelievable entry level car that can preform with the best.pic in the photos.

Big thanks to Malcolm for Pat testing the electric equipment.

We have 2 days until we start the indoor season, Tuesday 8th September.

CARS ; We race 1/10th scale 4wd buggies and
1/10 ftx rally cross (see photos)

TYRES, we find on the buggies, yellow compound, mini pin & mini spike works the best, the ftx run a standard rally tyre.

VENUE; We race at Ludlow school on a wooden floor, smooth, no jumps.
We have electric, large pit area, tuck shop, toilets and tables . Please bring a pit towel to pit on and anything electrical we will pat test on the day so it runs with the schools guidelines.

TIME; doors open from 6.30pm , spectators are welcome, we hope to see you all there. We are a friendly club and always welcome new drivers .

Here is what to expect
Don’t forget any plug in electrical equipment will need to be pat tested before they can be used on school property ! We will have the equipment to do this on site so go along to race control on arrival for more information 🤙

And that’s a wrap. The 2026 outdoor season is done. A great evening’s racing, nice flowing track , great racing in the A final trucks between Wes and Jamie. Good turnout as well despite the darker evenings. So a few thank you’s

Great evening’s racing down at Ludlow Car Club, the slightly earlier time and less heats definitely helped the incoming autumn darkness. Good open track, well attended again.
Congratulations to our young driver Tom who took on the big guys and beat them, winning the A main trucks 👏👏
Next week is our last outdoors before we go back inside, more information on that to come.
