Our exciting new beginners’ modern dance class is created especially for older beginners, offering a relaxed, supportive space where you can build confidence, learn fresh moves and enjoy expressing yourself through dance. No previous experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm, come as you are and get ready to move!

Abigail has been with us for 15 years, and we have loved working with her and appreciating her wonderfully quirky personality. She is unfailingly kind and always ready to support any student in need. Hard-working and consistently prepared, she brings her choreography and character to life so confidently that we can relax whenever she takes the stage, knowing she will deliver. She is now heading to Falmouth University to continue her Performing Arts training, and we wish her every success for the future. 🌟🩰🌟🩰🌟🩰

💛Many of the children born around the pandemic are showing gaps in social, physical, and cognitive development caused by the isolation and lockdown restrictions.

💜It is widely believed that structured dance classes provide significant benefits for children born during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK.

💙 Besides the obvious physical benefits of regular exercise, a dance class at a young age can help build confidence, improve coordination and motor skills, and offer a vital outlet to express themselves.

♥️We do many starter classes for younger students and with over 30 years experience working with children of all abilities, we're in a good position to help them bridge those gaps.

💚 If you're not sure whether this is right for your child, we offer free trial sessions and have a waiting room for parents on site.
