☀️ Class Cancelled Tonight ☀️

After keeping a close eye on the temperature, Rach and I have made the decision to cancel tonight’s Clubbercise class at Kingstanding Inn.

At 31°C, it’s simply too hot for us to exercise safely, and your wellbeing always comes first. 💖

Instead, why not get those steps in with an evening walk when it’s a little cooler? Pop your headphones on, stick your favourite playlist on, and enjoy moving your body at your own pace. 🎧🚶‍♀️🎶

We’ll be back as soon as it’s safe to do so, ready to light those glow sticks up again! 🌟
