We’re looking for dedicated gymnasts to join our 4-Hour Squad Programme at Flipping Out Gymnastics!

💜 Suitable for:
⭐ Ages 8 & Under
⭐ 12+ gymnasts

To be eligible, gymnasts must be available on either Tuesday or Wednesday, plus Thursday (Thursday is mandatory).

Our squad offers:
✨ 4 hours of quality coaching
✨ Skill development
✨ Competition opportunities
✨ A supportive, positive team environment

🌈 Monday 10:00am–11:00am – Stay & Play (Ages 0–5)
👨‍👩‍👧 Monday 11:20am–12:20pm – Mixed Ages Family Session

Our Summer Competition is this Sunday and we’re looking for donations for our fundraising tombola!

We are raising money towards a brand-new inflatable foam pit for all of our gymnasts to enjoy, and every donation really does make a difference.
