Lot's of new shoes landed in store this week. More Brooks Glycerin 23, Brooks Ghost Max 4 and Hoka Bondi 9 women's. Plus new colours in Saucony Azura as well as the first drop of the Brooks Ghost Trail. We've also started to pull some footwear in to a End of Summer Sale - including Mizuno Neo Zen, Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 and Speed 5. Call in - if you can get through the door 🤣

Liam served a lovely lady in store yesterday. She's targeting the Brigg 10k in a few weeks and thought her shoes would need replacing. Look at the wear on these. Wow. After discussing her requirements, tweaking the level of medial arch support, Liam advised a few different brands and she tried on several pairs on our runway. The lady upgraded to a NEW pair of Brooks shoes. It's a long while since I've seen an Adidas Glide ST - and these have to be about 10 years old. The lady incorporates a few running and walking workouts in to her weekly routine, so not done bad at all.

Men's and women's Mizuno Wave Rider 30 arrived in store this week. A softer, lighter daily trainer than previous versions, the Rider provides a smooth, plush cushioning, a premium feel for logging up long runs and a more balanced and responsive feel than some 'mushy' daily trainers. We like the softer feel, but it remains very stable. Try in store.
