The sniffles definitely threw a wrench in my routine lately. I’ve learned over the years that when you don't feel like working out, sometimes the best thing you can do is actually rest.
Today, the spark was finally back. ⚡️ No fancy equipment, just me vs. the floor for 6 sets of 12 push-ups.
