Absolute Martial Arts gives you the opportunity to train and learn in a friendly, family based, fun and positive environment. long journey, not just a sport or hobby. Our classes will vary weekly but include general fitness, basic techniques, pad work, self-defence, grading work and sparring. We hold classes for children from the age of 3 and adults, of all abilities. CLASS TIMES
