Merry Christmas to everyone who has walked through the door to my classes either at the Pilates lab or at my own Bracken Pilates mat classes this year. I'm grateful every day for the wonderful people I get to teach every week.

To start with, I will be offering two group classes.

MONDAY @ 9:30am (starting 2nd August)

and

WEDNESDAY @ 7:30pm (starting 4th August)

PRICE: £12 per class or £60 for 6

Hello everyone! Between adjusting to motherhood and Covid, I have been quite inactive on here over the last year but that doesn't mean that 'Bracken Pilates' hasn't been carrying on. I want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you have been doing my pre-recorded classes for FORTY weeks now, my live Zoom classes and my 1-2-1s. It has helped me keep some structure and sanity during this crazy year.

I shall be carrying on with my pre-records and live Zoom group and 1-2-1 classes for at least the next 6 weeks and will then will review the situation with restrictions.

In the meantime, Happy New Year to you all and here's to a better 2021. I can't be hard, right!? 🤣😂
