Sorry 😔
I’ve always been open and honest with my clients and followers, so I just wanted to share something.
I’m taking a small break from social media to focus on my family. There’s so much going on and it’s more of the midlife sandwich years fun.
I know you’ll respect and appreciate my situation. Not sure how long it’ll be but will aim to be back when I have more headspace.
Thank you ☺️

It’s a really tough stage of life for midlife women, especially regarding weight management.
On the one hand, we’ve got biology going against us and life pushing hard.
And on the other hand, we don’t want to feel like weight just keeps gaining and we want to be able to do something about it.
But the big question is have we got the capacity?
Because if not we’re setting ourselves up for failure.
Weight management takes discipline, commitment and structure and that’s an added pressure in our life.
So if this is you, ask yourself, are you ready to commit to yourself, do you need support and have you got the capacity in your life?
It’s ok either way, but it’s a real conversation that needs to be had to manage your own expectations.
Do you do mobility movement every week?
I love a Twirl… and sometimes, that’s absolutely fine. 🍫
But other times I know one sweet hit can turn into a full-on sugar spiral, so I like to have a few quick alternatives ready that still taste good without sending my blood sugar sky high.
Just like this one.
Superseed crackers + nut butter + chopped dates.
Sweet, crunchy, satisfying… and takes seconds to make.
What’s your go-to non-Twirl alternative when the sugar cravings hit?
Your feet are the foundation of your whole body.
If you always wear trainers, you may be missing the chance to strengthen the small muscles in your feet and ankles that support movement all the way up the chain.
Mixing in some barefoot or trainer-free work can help improve balance, stability, and strength from the ground up.
Do you always wear trainers to work out, or do you sometimes practice without them?
Have you had enough of others’ comments about your body? I have. At 53 I’m now happy to own what I’ve got and proud of what it’s done over the years. It may not be perfect but it’s what I’ve got and I’m doing my best! 😊
