The Socratic Paradox.
I know that I do not know.
One of the things I love about running, strength training and fitness in general is that there is no “one true way” to train.
Everyone responds to training stimuli differently, what works for one may not work for another.
As a coach, the only thing I really know is that I have a few different methods that have worked, and there are plenty of other methods I can try to.
