A week ago, we came together as ONE!

I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU 🙏🏻 to everyone that supported our ZUMBATHON PARTY 🙌 💃🕺🎶

It was so powerful having 62 amazing people dancing, smiling and having fun together! ❤️

It was wonderful to see our community come together to support OASIS Ely Cancer Hub 🌴.

🎉 We have raised OVER £2,000 — and we’re still counting! 🎉
(We’re just waiting for some sponsorship money to come in.)

Thanks to everyone who supported us, OASIS Ely Cancer Hub will have the opportunity to continue providing a place where people affected by cancer can meet, connect, and access valuable information and wellbeing sessions.❤️🌴

I had a GREAT DAY 🙏🏻

It started with Zumba with beautiful people 🙌💃❤️

After a quick coffee at The Yard ☕️, I headed to The Yoga Studio Ely for the Root into Autumn 🍂 retreat.

It was so relaxing 😌 I feel more grounded, refreshed and re-energised.

It was lovely to meet new people and reconnect with people I already knew. ❤️

I loved walking barefoot in the sunshine ☀️, and the vegan lunch was absolutely delicious! 😋🌱

Then, when I got home, I received this lovely message from a lady who saw me at Paradise Centre this morning — from upstairs! 🥹❤️

“I just wanted to tell you that your energy is absolutely incredible! You filled the whole hall and even beyond it with such wonderful energy. I was truly moved and wanted to drop everything and start dancing with you!”
