The rain came and went so I got to wax lyrical to some folks about my most loved arts and some folks who are growing in that love showed those folks their growing skills in said arts!! I enjoyed it ❤️☯️

Starting in later August for 8 weeks. Come and learn Stress Management Daoyin at a beautiful location in the countryside. Daoyin is a system of movements that can be done no matter your level of strength or flexibility designed to work on particular organs or bodily systems. Mothers! This is my one enjoying a cake! Sunday is Mothers Day and also coincides with my lovely Daoyin class so this weekend Mothers go free!! Come along and stretch and move and feel generally excellent before being further pampered by your family........hell if you're feeling extra keen Mothers can have a free kung fu session this Friday and a free Lion Dance class after the lovely Daoyin session. After all Mothers and kung fu are for life nor just for Christmas!!
