Girls Aloud Aberdeenshire! Age 12-16? Join us for a mixture of on and off-bike activities focused on growing confidence in cycling and improving overall wellbeing. Fully female led, I'll be there assisting with coaching and activities. I heard there might be crafts?! 😆🎨 (Session will be held in Ellon)

🤗 Ash at LVLUPBMX was amazing with my son, who can find group sports training challenging. She engaged him straight away and quickly worked out the best approach to support both his learning and his wellbeing. Her knowledge of BMX really shows — she broke things down into clear, manageable steps and gave him technique tips that made an immediate difference to how he rode. He took to her immediately and loved his lesson, taking on board everything she suggested and feeling so proud of how much he improved in such a short space of time. He's been practicing what she taught him ever since, and his confidence, skill and resilience on the track have all grown noticeably. He can't wait to see Ash again next time we're in the area. Couldn't recommend her highly enough — an amazing coach with a lovely, warm approach and such deep skill and expertise in BMX.

I had a blast over the She Pedals Scotland Weekend, getting out lots on the BMX and MTB! Even had my first shot of the new airbag. The verdict - it's awesome! Stay tuned for more info on that.

Something different for me! On Sunday I took part in the Pump Track World Championships master (+35) challenge at the new Velosolutions UK pump track down at Dalbeattie. Amazing track and was very happy with my efforts 🙌 but as always the best part was seeing so many shredders and meeting lovely people!
