Things we HATE seeing in the gym!😂

Slamming weights like you’ve just hit a world record.
Abusing the kit like you paid for it.
Leaving plates and dumbbells scattered everywhere.
And sitting on one machine for so long we’re considering charging you rent.💀

We’re all here to train, just don’t be that person.

Respect the kit. Respect the gym. Respect everyone else trying to get a session in🤝
