What does Active Recovery Moray mean to the people who take part?

Jonathan caught up with Garry, one of our Tuesday footballers, to hear about his experience and what he gets from being involved in the sessions.

A huge thank you to Garry for taking the time to chat with Jonathan. You might not have escaped without an injury this time, but weโ€™re sure youโ€™ll be back out there and going strong again soon! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜„
