The Results Room đź”’

Just a small selection of what’s going on behind the scenes and the results my clients are achieving.

Each one of them has different goals, different starting points and completely different lifestyles.

All busy people.
Business owners.
Shift workers.
Offshore workers.
Footballers.

People with demanding jobs, families, holidays, weekends away and social lives.

Yet they’re still dropping body fat, building muscle, getting stronger, improving their fitness and becoming more confident.

That’s what makes these results so impressive.

They’re not putting their lives on hold to get in shape.

They’ve learned how to make serious progress while still enjoying everything else that comes with life.

Not through being perfect but by consistently putting the work in and showing up for themselves.

And this is only a handful of the results I get to see every week.

Proud of every single one of them.

Who’s next? 👀

Buying a house has made me realise that the lessons from getting in shape apply to pretty much everything in life.

Nothing worthwhile happens overnight.

Getting in shape takes months and years of training when you don’t feel like it, making good food choices most of the time and trusting that the small things you’re doing every day will eventually add up.

Saving for a house has been exactly the same.

There was no one month where everything suddenly changed. It was years of putting money away, being sensible with what I spent and sometimes saying no to things because I knew what I was working towards.

You don’t wake up one morning with the body you want, the business you want or enough money for a house deposit.

You build it.

Slowly.

And most of the time, the process is pretty boring.

You repeat the same basic actions over and over again without seeing an immediate reward.

That’s where most people struggle.

They get impatient, change the plan or give up because they don’t feel like they’re getting anywhere.

But when you zoom out over 1, 2, 3+ years, those boring days of doing the right thing start to look like massive progress.

Whether it’s building muscle, losing fat, growing a business or saving for your first house, the principles are surprisingly similar:

Have a goal.
Make a plan.
Accept that it’ll take time.
Make sensible decisions most of the time.
Stay consistent even when it feels like nothing is happening.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to keep stacking enough good days together.

Buying my first house has been a pretty cool reminder that the habits you build through fitness can take you a lot further than just looking and feeling better🤝

Too lazy to weigh your food and track everything on MyFitnessPal? đź‘€

I’ve got an alternative for you.

If weighing every ingredient, searching for foods and manually logging meals feels like too much effort, try Cal AI as a starting point.

📸 Take a photo of your meal
🤖 Let the app estimate the calories & macros
✅ Get a better idea of what you’re actually eating

I’d always recommend weighing your food and tracking it properly if you want to be as accurate as possible.

Cal AI isn’t going to be as accurate as physically weighing your portions.

BUT…

If you’re currently tracking nothing and have no idea how many calories you’re eating, this is a great starting point.

It removes some of the friction, gets you thinking about portion sizes and gives you a better understanding of what you’re actually consuming.

Start here → build the habit → then improve the accuracy.

Something you can stick to beats doing nothing at all.

Kev is Over 30lbs down and now in the shape of his life.

As a busy dad and business owner, Kev had plenty going on.

Long working hours, family commitments, social events and holidays throughout our time together.

But he didn’t let that become an excuse.

Instead, we built a plan around him and his life that allowed him to make incredible progress without having to put his life on hold.

He’s gone from feeling self-conscious, sluggish and lethargic to feeling confident, energised and proud of what he sees in the mirror.

He now has the tools to stay in the best shape of his life while still enjoying holidays, socialising and everything else life throws at him.

30+lbs down.
Shape of his life.
A completely different level of confidence.

Great progress from Andrew over his time coaching 👏

13lbs down, a new half marathon PB and back boxing again.

Andrew came into coaching wanting to improve his body composition, but we also wanted to make sure that losing weight didn’t come at the expense of his training or performance.

Over that time he’s managed to drop 13lbs, become noticeably leaner, while still fuelling his training and making improvements to his fitness.

One of the biggest wins was setting a new half marathon PB, showing that the progress wasn’t just happening on the scales.

He’s also made his return to boxing, giving him another performance goal to work towards and something he genuinely enjoys doing.

For me, this is what a good transformation looks like.

Leaner, fitter, performing better and still able to train for the things that matter to him.

Brilliant graft from the man 👏
