Due to popular demand we are introducing another Les Mills Body Combat class to our weekly timetable. 👊
Starting next week you will now be able to enjoy this high energy class on a Wednesday evening as well as the usual Thursday slot. 🗓
Heather and Andrea have been on our cover list of instructors for a while, but we are are really excited to welcome them to the team on a more regular basis and just know you are going to make them very welcome and busy😅
Members as always can book one week in advance while non members are welcome to book three days in advance
