Elgin Broadsword Society is a new HEMA club based in Elgin Moray. We primarily study the use of the broadsword and sabre from the 18th Century.
We are an open and inclusive group so why not come along, make some new friends and then hit them with swords?

YAY!
Good news the club finally has a bank account!
This means members can now pay for things like subs and insurance online and will make club finances much easier to keep on top of.
If you want to make payments via bank rather than cash please let one of our leaders know and we can pass across the details!

Last monday we had a bit of fun using a larger variety of weapon to make sure everyone could play with the toys they wanted. It made for some interesting discussion during slow work about how to counter unusual weapon choices.
We do have fun here!!

Yesterday a few of our members popped to Nairn for to put on a bit of a show.
A duel between the 'Fishers' and the invading 'Shanks'!
A good excuse for a Sunday brawl I think.
