I first took up yoga over 30 years ago to help a back injury and cannot imagine life without it now. In recent years I have trained with SYA on their foundation course and then went to India to complete my yoga teachers training at The Santhi School of Yoga in Trivandrum.

We had a lovely yoga retreat in Kindrogan in the spring. It’s a beautiful spot in Glen Ardle. So we’re doing it again and this time mixing it up a bit with some arts & crafts sessions in the afternoons led by Caroline Dear, an artist from Skye. It would be lovely to see you there. 🙏

When love meets suffering, compassion naturally arises. In this state of being we are moved to help in the ways that we can. But let us not forget that the circle of compassion is not complete until it also includes yourself. ❤️
In for small operation to remove metal plate from my ankle tomorrow. So no class on 27th May. Watch this space for updates on when I can get back to teaching.

So back after teaching on a wonderful yoga retreat in Tuscany. Relaxation, great yoga, great company, sound bath, hammam and a wee cultural visit to Pisa. What’s not to like. So sorry Christine Macleod you couldn’t be with us this time.
