What an amazing class we had yesterday! 💗

A huge thank you to everyone who has come along throughout the year whether you had just started, or you've been coming along regularly for the past few years since I first started them, I really do appreciate every single one of you. 🥰

Sadly, yesterday was our last class of the year. I'm having to finish things a little earlier than I normally would this year, so there won't be any more sessions until next year.

I've absolutely loved seeing everyone turn up, work hard, have a laugh and support each other through the sunny mornings, the chilly ones and even the rainy ones! 🌦️😂

Thank you for making the classes what they are and for continuing to support my little business. It genuinely means so much to me. 💗

I'll hopefully see lots of familiar faces again when we're back next year! 🦊💪✨

☀️ Tomorrow is our last Outdoor Fitness Class of August! 💪🌿

How has it almost been 4 weeks already?! That’s crazy! 😱 August has absolutely flown by.

Just a little reminder that there won’t be a class on Sunday 31st August, as it’s the 5th Sunday of the month.

I’m currently deciding whether to add 2 extra sessions in September before we finish up for the season. These are still TBC, and I’ll have a chat with everyone tomorrow to see what people think. 💚

If you’d be interested in coming along to the September sessions, please let me know even if you’re not coming tomorrow.

It’ll really help me see whether there’s enough interest to make them worthwhile running.
