Having watched with some frustration at the lack of support for these amazing heroes of the NHS I will try to do my bit. My name is Alex Sneddon, I am a former combat sports athlete and now a coach on the same field. Although I have been in many tough fights It doesn’t even come close to what these amazing people are fighting on a daily basis.

My full respect goes to them and rather than sit back and focus on what I can’t control I will focus on helping with what I can do so I have decided to do a fundraiser that will have me doing 100 total rounds of boxing on the boxing bags (3 minute rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds), as a representation of the 100% effort these good people are giving, it will be a physical challenge and although it’s going to take me just under 6 hours of consecutive work it’s nothing compared to 1 shift these guys have to go through.

I ask that you can contribute what you can under the circumstances and give me some support during the live feed. Every penny of the funds raised will go directly to the NHS to provide personal protection equipment and any other needs they may have.

Wow. That’s pretty inspirational I must say, this man just spent 6 months walking across the states in aid of to help the Pygmy tribes and the bullied kids all over the world.

And the newwwww undisputed champion of the worlddddd!!! I made it !! I made it !! April 22nd of this year I walked off the Brooklyn Bridge to set out on a journey of a lifetime. +
I didn’t have more than 100 miles of my route planned out. +
Prior to this walk I had never done even 1 over night backpacking excursion. Not 1. +
Almost this entire thing was a step into the unknown. +
I have so much to say, so many people to think so much to share. But this morning I’m at a bit of a loss for words as I’m just trying to take in the fact that I walked 3,000 miles across 14 states for the past 180 days. +
For now the one thing I will say is that this proves that you are capable of doing anything you put your mind too. +

I’ll post more once I wrap my head around this completely. +
Also this may be the end of my walk but this is the very beginning of my mission to stomp out bullying and help give these kids some inspiration and hope. +
