Hi everyone,

Remember, all classes are running during the summer, same timings as usual,

Saturday morning Kids class 10:30 am - 11:30 am, at Newbattle Community Campus,

Friday nights Teens / Adults 7pm - 9pm, at St David's Church Hall, Dalkeith,

Can we all ensure class fees are kept up to date during the holidays also,

CLASS REMINDER,

Friday class for Teens and Adults now meet at the Function Hall in the grounds of St. David's Church in Dalkeith, timings are 7-9pm,

If you're staying for 2 hours, please ensure you have enough water to stay hydrated,

We recently sent a small team to the WKU Scottish Open, the guys put in a great effort bringing home 1 Gold medal 🥇, 2 Silver medals 🥈🥈, and 1 Bronze medal 🥉

Any members that require any equipment, including clothing or competition sparring gear, please give your orders in at your next class on Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd of May
