After a lot of reflection recently, I’ve made the decision to move away from my previous brand name, Qi gong, Cold Water Therapy & Dietary Support, and combine back my work where my heart truly lies — my counselling roots, with a focus on walk and talk therapy in nature and holistic therapies. 🌿✨

Alongside counselling, I specialise in Eastern body massage, Indian head massage, Thai foot massage, Shamanic healing and Reiki. It feels so good to be bringing all of these therapies back together again. 💚

I’m also so excited to announce that I’ll be working with Lo Spazio Creativo every Wednesday evening, where I’ll be integrating my therapies once again and welcoming both old and existing clients, as well as new faces.

Chi Flow is about so much more than Qi Gong and cold water dipping. I’ll be back in Fife this Friday for my Qi gong class at Levenmouth Community Use. I run sessions on the last Friday of each month, and the schedule is available up until the end of August.
