It's time to get down to business 💼

Our trials have happened, teams have been selected, and now it's time for training to kick off for 2026-27.

Alongside our indoor trainings this month, we have:

❤️ One more outdoor session this Friday (followed by the pub!)
🖤 The long-awaited return of the scavenger hunt social
❤️ City 4s kicking off with the first matches of the season against Dundee Korfball Club and Edinburgh Uni Korfball Club

We had a great time yesterday at our first indoor training of the season, followed by the first set of trials for our teams for 26/27!

Not only that but we even managed to catch the eclipse outside before the session 🌚 although if this photo can be believed, we were stunned to see it inside too!

Our open training sessions in August are free for beginners - if you're interested in trying out our fun sport then please do come along or drop us a message with any questions! ⭐

With the new season approaching, we've made some changes to our August training schedule to get ready for our team trials for our 1s, 2s, and 3s.

Interested in trying Korfball? Come join us for one of our open sessions! All August sessions are free for beginners and we would love to see you there!

Here's our plans for August in the club!

🌳 Our outdoor sessions continue up to 5th August, and then switch to Fridays from 14th August
⚽ Indoor training for all & trials for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams start on Wednesday 12th August; training is 7:00-8:30pm and trials are 8:30-10pm. Get in touch for more info on trialling!
🏅Some of our teammates are attending Mavs Mania on 15th August

Congrats to and the rest of the Scotland Korfball beach team for a stellar performance in Portugal at the IKF Beach Korfball World Cup!

Scotland came in 10th & we loved watching them on the livestream all weekend 📸
