🦖 Dinosaur Week has arrived at Sporty Sprouts! 🥚

Today our little dinosaurs have been rescuing eggs, carrying baby dinosaur eggs safely back to their nests, practising their kicking and tackling dinosaur challenges along the way!

So many different skills hidden inside one big dinosaur adventure — balance, coordination, kicking, catching, colour recognition and lots of movement. 💛

And judging by those faces… I think Dinosaur Week might be a hit! 😂🦖

I often hear parents saying they’d love to see more activities for children available locally — so I’m really excited to be bringing Sporty Sprouts a little closer to home!

From Thursday 10th September, I’ll be running TWO new school-age multi-sport classes in Carnwath:

Sporty Sprouts is all about FUN • ACTIVE • INCLUSIVE sessions with different sports, games and challenges — helping children build confidence, make friends and enjoy being active.

They absolutely don’t have to be “sporty” to join us. ❤️

Freya has been coming along to my sports classes since she was tiny, and I’ve had the absolute pleasure of watching her grow in confidence, develop new skills and move through the different age groups over the years.

And now look at her! 🥹🌱

One of my favourite parts of what I do is seeing children come back term after term, watching their personalities grow and getting to be a little part of their journey. ❤️

And the Sporty Sprouts story continues… because Freya’s little brother is joining us this Saturday! 🥰🌱

What a brilliant first morning back at Sporty Sprouts Currie! ❤️

We kicked off our new term with Pirate Week 🏴‍☠️ — hunting for treasure, jumping across pirate islands, throwing and aiming, lots of running around and, of course… a little bit of parachute chaos! 😂🌈

It was so lovely welcoming back familiar faces, meeting our new little Sprouts, and even having another Sprout ready to move up into our Pre-School class. 🥰

This is what Sporty Sprouts is all about — learning new skills, building confidence and being active without it ever feeling like a lesson. They’re far too busy having fun! 🌱

We still have some spaces available in our toddler and pre-school classes, so if you’ve been wondering whether your little one would enjoy Sporty Sprouts, come and give us a try.
