What makes our Heather Honey so special (other than the awards π)?
One plant, a few short weeks, and a honey that sets like jelly and refuses to leave the comb the easy way. It takes more from both bee and beekeeper to get this one from hive to jar.
Available all year round, but this is the season it's actually made.
Tell us your favourite way to eat it.

Over two evenings, they tasted honeys from India, France, and Scotland. Each one completely different from the last.
