What a way to round off the season! It was brilliant to see the return of the MacRobert tournament, showcasing a high standard of both men’s and women’s domestic lacrosse.

After a day of fast paced round robin play, we were honoured to win the MacRobert title and take home the shield 🏆

Thanks to the organisers and the other teams for a great day of lacrosse, we’re excited to see how the tournament grows! 💜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

HOME INTERNATIONALS 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💜

We had strong representation from current and former Thistles across Scotland’s performance, development, and u20 women’s teams. Some excellent play all round, we are always proud to see our Thistle family performing at the highest level! 🌟

After a few weeks off, our senior team played two league matches in quick succession at the end of March! Some beautiful teamwork saw us pick up two wins for Thistle.

A particular highlight having Jen returning to the pitch after welcoming baby Ruairidh last year 💪

Our junior players across all age groups have been getting in plenty of match play against various Fettes teams! Always the best way to learn, thank you to for hosting 💜

A small but mighty Thistle team faced Edinburgh Uni in the Lacrosse Scotland league, in a closely fought game with only a one goal difference going into the final quarter. Some incredible hustle and determination saw Thistle dig deep and score 7 goals in the final quarter to secure a win!

With only 9 players and no subs, whether that’s testament to our fitness levels or just the adrenaline, it was an amazing effort from every member of the team 💜

Congrats to Iona N for her first senior Thistle game, and thanks for a great match!

A lovely Sunday for lacrosse as we faced Capital in our next league match! A great effort from the team to keep the scoreline close, just falling one goal short but a really encouraging performance as we head in to our next games 💜 also brilliant to see club lacrosse in Edinburgh continuing to thrive!

Thistle debuts for Venetia, Sophie, Scarlett and Hazel - special shout out to Hazel for helping us out in goal! Player of the match was Suz with honourable mentions for Iona and Izzy 🌟
