We’re delighted to announce the signing of Keiran Samuel for the upcoming season! 🐾🏒

He had an impressive campaign last season for the Cougars by scoring 10 goals and 4 assists in 12 appearances.

Now, Keiran is ready for the new season — and he’s hungry for success! 💪

We’re delighted to have Keiran back on board and can’t wait to see him pull on the Cougars colours. His determination, enthusiasm and desire to compete will be a fantastic addition to the squad.

The Cougars Ice Hockey Club have announced the signing of forward Jack McGowan from the Paisley Pirates !

Last season, McGowan recorded - 1 goal and 1 assist for 2 points in 5 games.

We’re delighted to welcome Jack McGowan to the Cougars ahead of the new season! 🏒

Jack brings a wealth of experience to the squad, having represented Scotland U17s and gained valuable experience playing SNL hockey for Paisley Pirates last season, as well as featuring for the U19s.

Jack’s hockey journey began in Fife, where he played junior hockey from U12 level and progressed through the age groups, most recently playing U19s in Paisley last season. He also gained experience at SNL level, giving him a great foundation as he continues to develop his game.

🚨 WELCOME BACK TO THE COUGARS FOR SEASON 2026/27! 🚨

The Cougars Ice Hockey Club are delighted to announce that Adam “Hendo” Henderson has re-signed with the club ahead of the 2026/27 season! 🐾🏒

Adam has been a familiar face within the Fife hockey scene for many years, having progressed through the Fife Junior system and gaining valuable experience along the way, including a brief spell with the Kestrels during the 2019/20 season.

Since joining the Cougars, Hendo has established himself as a valued and dependable member of the squad. His commitment, work ethic and experience have made him an important part of the team over the past couple of seasons, and we’re delighted to see him return for season number four in Cougar colours.

With another season ahead, Adam will be looking to build on his previous campaigns and play his part as the Cougars continue to push forward both on and off the ice. 💪🏒

We’re delighted to welcome Darren Todd to the Cougars! 🐾

Darren brings a wealth of junior hockey experience to the team, having represented Scotland at every junior age level — a fantastic achievement in itself. After a 12 year break, he returns back to the game.

He came through the ranks at Kirkcaldy, playing for every junior team and, testament to his leadership qualities, captaining the side at every age group along the way.

Darren also has SNL experience, having spent a brief spell with the Flyers, giving him valuable experience at senior level.

With his experience, leadership, and knowledge of the game, we’re delighted to have Darren on board and can’t wait to see him in Cougars colours! 💪🏒

The Cougars are saddened to announce that Stewart Combe will not be returning to the club for the upcoming season, bringing to an end an incredible association spanning more than 30 seasons.

Stewart has been a dedicated and valued member of the Cougars family for over three decades. Throughout his time with the club, he has given countless hours of commitment, hard work, and passion, making a lasting impact both on and off the ice. His loyalty, experience, and unwavering support have played a significant role in the club’s journey, and his contribution cannot be overstated.

Everyone at the Cougars would like to express our sincere thanks to Stewart for everything he has done over the past 30+ seasons. He leaves with our deepest gratitude and respect, and his place in the club’s history is assured.

We wish Stewart and his family all the very best for the future and hope to welcome him back to the club whenever the opportunity arises. Once a Cougar, always a Cougar.

The Cougars are delighted to announce the return of forward Kris Haston for the 2026/27 season! 🐾

Kris developed through the junior ranks in Fife, alongside several of his current teammates, and proudly represented Scotland at junior level.

Joining the Cougars midway through the 2023/24 campaign, Kris made an immediate impact and added real strength and depth to our forward line. We’re thrilled to have him back in Cougars colours as we look ahead to another exciting season.
