Just a couple of space remaining for this Sunday with Jyoti - a 60 min meditation and sound bath immersion.
A sound bath creates a meditative state where the brain emits healing brainwaves.
“One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes.”
– Dr. Mitchell Gaynor
No experience needed for this workshop.
The workshop will begin with some chanting, breath work and meditation followed by an extended sound bath.
