Especially from people in their 40s, 50s and 60s who haven’t exercised for years, feel stiff or simply don’t feel confident walking into a class.
That’s why my Mat Pilates classes aren’t about keeping up with everybody else.
We work on mobility, strength, posture and balance — and I give you different options so you can work at YOUR level.
Nobody cares whether you can touch your toes. 😆
