🪞 "The President is unsuited to lead" was the first piece of feedback I ever received as a leader, sitting in a dimly lit wine bar.
🔎 That moment introduced me to the practice of honest self-study, paving the way towards conscious leadership, through becoming a non-judgmental witness of ourselves, using feedback to find our blind spots, and summoning the particular kind of courage that self-reflection requires.
❓ Think of a piece of feedback you received that you initially resisted. What does it say about the leader you are now, and the leader you are becoming?
How Leadership Feedback Transformed My Journey - The Yogic Leader Insights
"The President is unsuited to lead" - the first piece of leadership feedback I've ever received.I read this line sitting in the dimly lit private room of a rundown wine bar near university, surrounded by a few carafes of cheap Zweigelt and my fellow boardies from the student organization that electe...

💭 In both yoga and leadership, true clarity often comes not from even more information, but from learning to quiet the noise and listen more deeply.
🤔 Today’s business environment is characterised by complexity, uncertainty, and constant change. Leaders are often expected to make decisions quickly, despite having incomplete information. In these moments, intuition acts as a bridge between the rational mind and the subconscious, helping us recognise patterns before they become obvious.
❓What could you do to learn to trust your intuition more deeply?

Growing up in Hungary, a beautiful quote found its way into my life again and again: from handwritten slips of paper tucked into my primary school graduation gift bag to memorising and reciting the entire passage at literature competitions. It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is....

⏰ For decades, we have focused on managing our time more effectively. Pomodoros, Eisenhower matrices, eating frogs or picking low hanging fruit. We focused on getting things done.
⚡ Now that focus shifts to getting things done without burning out. Rather than simply optimising our time, we are learning to optimise how we spend our energy.
💡 Managing energy is ultimately more sustainable than managing time alone. While time is fixed, the quality of our energy fluctuates throughout the day and can be influenced by the choices we make.
❓Which activities do genuinely deserve your energy, and where might you be spending it out of habit rather than intention?

Self-Discipline Isn't About Pushing Harder
"This girl is unbelievable," I once overheard my mom telling her friends. - "Once she gets something into her head, she doesn't rest until she achieves it."I must have been around 13 at the time, having just been admitted to the secondary school of my choice. It was heavily oversubscribed, and I had...

📊 You have probably heard of the Myers-Briggs type indicators, the DISC personality types, or the myriad other valuable techniques and tools supporting our self-awareness as leaders.
🌿 There is one more methodology, which pre-dates all of these modern techniques. It is called ayurveda. Unlike most personality frameworks, it doesn't just tell you who you are by identifying your dominant "dosha". It tells you how to come back into balance.
⚖️ Where DISC gives you colours and Myers-Briggs gives you a four-letter code, ayurveda gives you a living, shifting relationship with your own energy. It gives you a system that you can actively work with in order to build on your strengths and maximise your productivity, while at the same time achieving balance and an optimal use of your energy.
