Titan kickboxing is Eastbourne's premier kickboxing school with classes running on a full time schedule. Open 5 days a week with an array of classes catering for everyone from beginners to black belts. Classes are taught by fully insured and enhanced crb checked instructors.

What an amazing end to an even better week at Titan hq. Also well done to our guys over in Titan kickboxing who went sparring in Worthing last night at Nick Murphy Brewer and didn't fantastically well. Looking forward to seeing Kieran Barrett turn out tomorrow morning.

Life has an amazing way of making sure those who are meant to be in yours stay. Good times and bad, celebrations or arguments, all your time together or years apart. My life would never had taken the path it did had it not been for this man. He introduced me to my passion and in return I took it all the way.
This morning was a full circle moment for me and I had the chance to help children with thier kickboxing and what an honour it was.
