Hey everyone,
I am looking forward to meeting you all to have a chat with both myself and Ray regarding the potential of setting up a regular Movement For Golfers class, at your golf club. The plan is set for the following dates;
🗓️ Tuesday 7th July — 7.30am & 1.30pm (Men's Meeting)
🗓️ Thursday 9th July — 7.30am & 1.30pm (Ladies' Meeting)

Improvements at the Lottbridge Golf Club

Something NEW and EXCITING is coming to The Lottbridge Golf Club — and we'd love your input before we start.

Movement Class for all our Golfers (members and non-members) with Sarah Spencer of The Movement Clinic, helping you move better, swing freer, and protect your body, so you can keep playing the game you love for years to come.

As the owner, Ray cares about his members and golfers and has recognised just how important this kind of work is for keeping you fit, healthy and on the course for longer — which is why he's keen to bring it to you.

Sarah will be at the club for an informal chat to gauge interest, answer your questions, and shape the class around what matters to you. Your thoughts will help us get it right:

• Men's meeting — Tuesday 7 July
• Ladies' meeting — Thursday 9 July

Pop by at 7:30am before you tee off, or 1:30pm after your round.
