National Fitness Day is this Wednesday! 🙌

On Wednesday 16 September, we’re opening the doors across all Your Space clubs and inviting our communities to get moving with us – for free.

If you’re 16+, come along and enjoy:

🏋️ Gym access
💪 Fitness classes
🏊 Swimming at clubs with pool facilities

Everything is subject to availability, and non-members will need to complete a Health Commitment Statement at reception before taking part.

Fitness classes can be booked from Tuesday 15 September by contacting your local club.

Some clubs will also have extra activities happening throughout the day, so keep an eye on your local Your Space social pages for more.
