Sharon Sheriff Holistic Therapy × Early Effort Club
I’m really excited to be teaming up with Early Effort Club (EEC) — and I’d love to introduce some of you to what they’re building locally. 🤝
EEC is about much more than running or fitness. It’s about getting moving, meeting people, encouraging each other and being part of a community — whatever your starting point or ability.
Their motto says it perfectly:

As someone who has a background in personal training and enjoys running myself, I know how much easier it can be to get out there when you’ve got other people around you giving you that little bit of motivation.
So, if you’ve been thinking about becoming more active, getting back into running, meeting new people or simply finding a friendly group to help keep you motivated, go and have a look at Early Effort Club.
You absolutely do not need to be an experienced runner to get involved. Sometimes the hardest bit is simply turning up for the first time.
And our collaboration works both ways — I’ll be supporting their members with 10% off any treatment, helping to bring the recovery and wellbeing side into their training too. 🌿
