THE ABEL KARATE 3 DAY SUMMER CAMP! ☀️

This isn’t just another Summer holiday club…

It’s 3 action packed days of training, learning, improving and having an incredible time with friends. Whether your goal is to sharpen your kata, level up your kumite, or prepare for your grading, this camp is designed to help you become stronger and more confident.

💥 Day 1: Kata Course & Kumite Course
💥 Day 2: Build on your skills with more Kata & Kumite training
🥋 Day 3: Pre-Grading in the morning followed by Grading for those who are ready.

✅ White belts and above
✅ Train with instructors in a fun, supportive environment
✅ Build confidence, discipline, friendships and memories that last long after the summer!

To celebrate 15 years and for the first time in Abel Karate history, we are giving the students the opportunity to swap their Gi for their Abel Karate T-Shirt and Shorts this Summer.
We recognise training is heating up and want all students to be as comfortable as possible to get the most out of their training.

Therefore, for the next week we will be taking orders for T-Shirts and Shorts. Please note, only Abel Karate clothing will be permitted in classes, no other branded Shorts/T-shirts to be worn please.

Please hand your order form (Sent by email) into classes this week to ensure you don’t miss out!

Summer Kit can be worn in training from June - end of September only!
