Just because someone else is trying to get to 125mph club head speed doesn’t mean you need to. Maybe 105mph would massively help you.
Maybe you have the speed there but you’re not strong enough to be able to handle the forces within the swing?
Whatever it is, my job is to help you achieve whatever goal you have.
Build strength and muscle. Lose weight, gain weight. Be more mobile, anything that will help you play more and better golf.

A very busy week, will be a few more of these before the big move. Still managed 3 training sessions, which were all really positive.
Ball fitting, a game at the Queens and then 100 balls today. Lots of golf coming up, plenty of new courses too!
Profiling session at PGP studios with Steven was excellent. Brilliant facility
Superb win for Greg for his first of the season 👏
Taylor with a pro am win 👏
Graeme reaching PBs with the driver in his 50s 😎

Greg - 2 wins in 6 days in August.
Aidan - a win plus a few top finishes in the middle of a 10 week run
Daniel - a ton of golf. He’s also just played 200 odd holes in a week again.
Josh - lots of golf and holding up very well last week.
Stuart - a win and lots of golf last week too.
All by chance? could be.
Or because they put the work in starting from the off season last year and all through this season?
Rather than struggling through the season, they have all benefited from the training from their off season.
The strength and mobility they have developed and maintained by continuing their training in season.
You can play and practice more when you are stronger and more physically fit.
This gives you more of a chance of playing more golf and playing better golf.
If you have had a season of injuries
A season where you have struggled to play 2 days in a row with pain
A season where you have lost speed and distance as the season has gone on.
That changes this off season.
Want to know how these golfers are able to do that?
