I’m a qualified coach and mentor (EMCC accredited) and have a passion for facilitating client growth and movement to allow the achievement of goals within a professional coaching space.
Whether you wish to overcome a personal challenge, address a blocker that’s holding you back or achieve a professional goal at work; I adapt my sessions to facilitate reflection and raise awareness which provides you with the option to move forward to reach your potential/goals.
I have many years experience in the HR space along with being an accredited NLP practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and a passion for supporting growth on both a professional and personal level.
I have lots of hobbies and passions which mainly revolve around being in nature which I believe is key for balance; running, walking my dogs and spending time with my horse.
I am also an equine reiki practitioner which I find rewarding and supportive of coaching.
