Various Sun Salutations
Breathing techniques
Simple meditation
Basic yoga postures

Baking again today! This time rhubarb crumble slice. And again the recipe is vegan friendly π
4 tablespoons of flour.
2 tablespoons of oats.
2 tablespoons of white sugar.
1 tablespoon of light brown sugar.
4 tablespoons of h**p oil.
3 sticks of rhubarb, chopped.
Handful of almond flakes.
Half a small banana, mashed.
Gently cook the rhubarb on the hob with a small amount of extra sugar for 5 ish minutes to soften.
Mix all other ingredients except the banana and almonds. Half the crumble mix and add the banana to one part, use this mix as the base. Press down in a dish lined with parchment paper, spread the rhubarb on top, add the remaining crumble mix and scatter the almond flakes on top.
Cook in middle shelf, gas mark 4, 45-50 minutes. Easy! πππ ππ
